These Terms govern your use of our services on Wix and Kajabi. RLM is a Delaware LLC, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or create an account. Parents may purchase on behalf of minors.

3. Products & Services

We provide digital courses, workbooks, and related educational materials. These are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee results.

4. Accounts

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all account activity

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by RLM or licensors. You may not:

Copy, share, or redistribute content without permission
Use materials for commercial purposes
Share login credentials outside your household

6. License

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments via Stripe or PayPal on Wix or Kajabi

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible course and digital product purchases. To request a refund, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are not available for:

Services already rendered (e.g., coaching calls, consulting sessions)
Products purchased through third-party platforms or affiliates
Accounts found in violation of our Terms & Conditions

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

8. Promotions

Discounts are not combinable unless stated otherwise.

9. User Conduct

You may not use our services to:

Violate laws
Upload harmful code
Harass or harm others

10. Analytics & Tracking

By using our services, you consent to cross-domain GA4 tracking and the use of marketing pixels (including Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest) as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RLM from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

15. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

16. Venue & Jurisdiction

If arbitration is unavailable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations, at our sole discretion, without liability.

18. Survival

Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law survive termination.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
